This website is operated by Sam Faid, based in the UK. Sam Faid is the controller for information handled through samfaid.com. This policy applies to samfaid.com, AudioBookEcho and Saventia AI. For privacy questions, use the contact form.

2. This website

Hosting and network requests

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes standard network-request information needed to deliver, secure and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser details and the requested page. Contact form

The contact form is provided by Google Forms. Information you choose to submit is used to respond to messages, questions, app support requests and feedback. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding and providing support, and, where needed to provide requested app support, taking steps to provide a service you request. Submissions remain stored until they are manually deleted; there is no fixed deletion schedule. They are periodically reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed. Recipients and international transfers

Information may be handled by the providers used to host the website, process form submissions and deliver the external components described below. These providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area under their own terms and privacy policies. Their policies describe their arrangements and safeguards; Sam Faid does not make a separate guarantee about a provider’s transfer mechanism. External components

No first-party tracking

This website does not add first-party analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts or marketing cookies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and data portability. Data is retained only on your device for as long as the app is installed. When you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled when you use Saventia AI. We are committed to privacy and transparency.

Data Collection

No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted to external servers. AI model interactions, chat history, and preferences are processed entirely on-device.

Data Storage

Conversation history, AI responses, settings, and preferences are stored securely on-device. There is no upload, sync, or external sharing.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit information to third parties. There is no remote access, monitoring, or analytics.

Data Retention & Deletion

App data remains locally while the app is installed. Deleting the app permanently removes associated data.

Children’s Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect or process personal information from children or adults.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in this document with a revised last updated date.
